The commitments keep rolling in for Coach Groh and company. Tonight, a source confirmed that West Deptford (N.J.) running back Kordell Young is the latest to make a verbal commitment to the 'Hoos.

At 5-8, 180 pounds, Young possesses excellent speed. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at under 4.4 seconds and, in track, he has been timed in the 100 meters at 10.6 seconds. He rushed for 1,251 yards and 22 touchdowns last season as a junior, averaging 11.5 yards per carry. He earned all-South Jersey and all-conference honors for his performance.

Young becomes the 12th player to commit for Virginia's 2006 class. He is the first running back commit of the class.
